Collection Policy

We are aware that on occasions it may be difficult to arrange collection of your item immediately therefor we allow 14 days to collect your item without incurring storage fees. However after the 14 days expires we will charge a storage fee until the item is collected; this is because our company is charged for the storage we use and we need the space for new items.

Returns Policy

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you may return your item within 7 days of receipt . The item must be returned in the same condition it was sent ideally in the original packaging. A refund will be issued on receipt and inspection of the item for the purchase price only. Postage and packaging charge excluded from refund (the customer must incur all costs to return and original postage / courier costs).

 

 

We urge all our customers to communicate with us in a prompt manner regarding any concerns or queries they may have with their purchases.

We will always communicate as promptly as possible and always try to resolve any issues or concerns. We take pride in our customer satisfaction .

 

We will not except any responsibility for any item that is damaged through transit. If sent through parcel force/ Royal mail you will have to claim any compensation through them. To do this you will need to keep all original packaging and take photo's etc. A claims form can be downloaded from their website.

If your item was sent through a furniture courier you will need to arrange compensation through the individual firm. Please email if you are unsure of anything.
